Exchanges
Need a smaller or larger size? Want to try another style? No problem. You can exchange an item for another size or style within 14 days of the merchandise arrival date.

Exchanges are not processed until the item has been returned to us. Items are not held. If you want to ensure you receive the sizes and styles are still in stock, it's best to place a new order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
Returns are accepted for refund for FULL-PRICED merchandise within 14 days of merchandise arrival date for domestic delivery. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If we receive a package that is postmarked after 14 days, we cannot issue a refund and will automatically issue store credit (if it is postmarked within 30 days of the merchandise arrival date.)
If we receive a return within 30 days of merchandise arrival date, we can only issue store credit.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be purchased at full-price, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. If we find any stains or signs of wear, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. If you wish us to ship the damaged item back to you, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
If we receive a return containing any item that was purchased at a discount, we will issue store credit for that item.
All sale items discounted 30% or more are final sale. Any item that discounted 30% or more or is listed in the "sale" section is final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or a refund.

Refunds
Once your return package is received, we will inspect the item(s) and proceed to process the return. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be finalized and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank statement. It may take up to 72 hours to show up on your bank statement, so please check frequently.
If it has been over 72 hours, please contact your credit card company. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? We are so sorry! Our factory carefully inspects each item, but sometimes there are oversights. If you have received a damaged item, we will replace the item immediately, free of charge. Please contact us at hello@elizabethwilsondesigns.com to begin this process.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
EWD does not offer price adjustments at this time.
Cancellations
EWD does not allow order cancellations once an order is placed unless a duplicate order was accidentally placed. If a duplicate order was placed, please email us at hello@elizabethwilsondesigns.com
