100% cotton shell. Unlined.

Elastic straps and elastic chest/neckline.

A ruffle short sleeve midi swing high-low dress with ruffle detailing around the neckline and a tiered ruffle skirt.

Fits true to size. Very relaxed fit due to the fit of the dress and the elastic. If in-between sizes, size down.
