Exchanges

Need a smaller or larger size? WANT TO TRY ANOTHER STYLE? No problem. You can exchange an item for another size or style within 14 days of THE merchandise arrival date.

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

1. PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM. SOME SIZES SELL OUT VERY QUICKLY, SO IT IS BEST TO ORDER ASAP!

2. PRINT OUT THE ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORIGINAL ORDER OR PROVIDE A NOTE INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER OR THE NAME ON THE ORDER.

3. SHIP THE ITEM to THE following address ALONG WITH your proof of purchase (order confirmation email printout or a note with order number OR NAME) :

Returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of merchandise arrival date for domestic delivery.

After 14 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund. If we receive a package that is postmarked after 14 dayS, we cannot issue a refund and will automatically issue store credit (IF it is postmarked within 30 days OF THE MERCHANDISE ARRIVAL DATE).

If we receive a return within 30 days of merchandise arrival date, we can ONLY issue store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unWORN and in the same condition IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. IF WE FIND ANY STAINS OR SIGNS OF WEAR, WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. if you wish us to ship the DAMAGED item back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

all sale items are final sale. Any item that is listed in the “sale” section is final sale and cannot be returned.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. PRINT OUT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER OR INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER or THE name ON THE ORDER. If you do not include A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION FOR THE ORDER, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOCATE YOUR ORDER AND WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN.

2. SHIP THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN to following address ALONG WITH your proof of purchase (order confirmation email printout or a note with order number) :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(S). Shipping costs are non-refundable. WE RECOMMEND you usE a trackable shipping service (WE FIND USPS FIRST CLASS OR USPS PRIORITY THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE). We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES, BUT YOU CAN BE REFUNDED FOR A LOST PACKAGE BY USPS IF YOU USE USPS PRIORITY SERVICE.

Refunds

Once your returN PACKAGE is received, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM AND CONTINUE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be FINALIZED and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or THE original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds;

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank statement. It may take up to 72 hours to show up on your bank statement, so please check frequently.

If it has been over 72 hours, please contact your credit card company. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
