Returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of merchandise arrival date for domestic delivery.

After 14 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange. Again, If we receive a package that is postmarked after the 14 day mark, we cannot issue a refund.

If we receive a return within 30 days of merchandise arrival date, we can only issue store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unWORN and in the same condition IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.

TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND:

1. PRINT OUT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER OR PROVIDE A NOTE INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

NOTE:

PLEASE WRITE ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL PRINTOUT OR THE NOTE with your order number YOU INCLUDE WiTH THE ITEM IF YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM.

2. SHIP THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN to following address ALONG WITH your proof of purchase (order confirmation email printout or a note with order number) :

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returN PACKAGE is received, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM AND CONTINUE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be FINALIZED and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or THE original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank statement. It may take up to 72 hours to show up on your bank statement, so please check frequently.

If it has been over 72 hours, please contact your credit card company. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Need a smaller or larger size? No problem. You can exchange an item for another size or style within 14 days of merchandise arrival date for domestic delivery.

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

  1. PRINT OUT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER OR PROVIDE A NOTE INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

NOTE:

PLEASE WRITE ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL PRINTOUT OR THE NOTE with your order number YOU INCLUDE WiTH THE ITEM IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM, AND WHAT SIZE/STYLE/COLOR YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR.

2. SHIP THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE to following address ALONG WITH your proof of purchase (order confirmation email printout or a note with order number) :

3. IF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM FOR IS IN-STOCK, WE WILL SHIP THE NEW REPLACEMENT ITEM IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(S). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WE unfortunately CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE IF THE ITEM HAS STAINS OF ANY KIND. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON THE GARMENT IN CASE YOU NEED TO RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ITEM.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
